Orders are shipped in 4-6 business days if not sooner! (Business days end at 5:30pm Texas time Monday-Friday)
Shipping is calculated by Shopify based on the weight of your item!
Shipping is not refunded and cannot be exchanged for an item!
All orders are tracked by their tracking number. If an order is out of our hands and into the hands of the mail service we are no longer responsible for the order. This means as soon as the shipment confirmation email is sent and the order is dropped off at the mail office, it's too late to cancel.
The postal office does take a few hours to scan in your items and activate the tracking from the time the package is dropped off at the package shoot.
If an order is delivered according to the tracking and you did not receive your order we can help start an investigation with the mail service, but we do not offer refunds or replacements since our boutique carries items that are unique and one of a kind. Please schedule your delivery at a date and time when you will be available. You may also hold your package at a secure location near your delivery address. To schedule a different delivery time or to hold an item at a secure location go to your tracking information page on the usps website and scroll down. They have multiple options. Or call your local post office.
All packages sent pack to us by the post office as a return to sender (due to incorrect address, unavailable to deliver address or etc.) will be processed as a refund. We will not reship the item and have it keep going back and forth. When placing an order please confirm and double check your address. If you notice your address is incorrect before it has been shipped DM us on Instagram to let us know the correct address. If not once you receive your tracking number your may change the address/delivery location on the usps website. You may also call your local post office if your address is incorrect and the package is on its way already, they will assist you.
