Due to COVID 19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. Our normal policy (listed below) will return once it is safe, thank you for understanding. Exceptions can be made to our “no returns or exchanges due to covid policy” for special situations but our normal policy below will still be effective and applied.

For Pop Up or In Store or In Person Sales

        No exchanges or returns or refunds on items purchased in store, in person, or at a pop up. All sales are final. The item was seen in person and fitting room(s) are available at in person events. NO Exceptions to this policy. 

Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds ONLY STORE CREDIT. Returns and exchanges only if eligible. NO RETURNS OR EXHANGES ON FOOTWEAR, FINAL SALE, SALE BARN, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ALL ACCESSORIES, AND JEWELRY. 

Please read item descriptions they will help. 

Our exchange policy lasts 48 hours after the delivery date. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately Texas Dressing can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a Exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item(s) must be unscented, unwashed and unworn
- Item(s) must have all original tags attached
- No damages, no stains, or no torn items are eligible for a return or exchange

Some items/ products are not allowed to be exchanged and are final sale:
- All jewelry, wild rags, key chains, handbags/ purses, boot jewelry, Pom Poms, mask, stickers and other accessories are final sale (includes car accessory items) are final sale no exchanges or returns.
- All bodysuits, bralettes, and intimates are final sale. All rhinestone and sequin items are final sale. All rodeo fashion collection items are final sale.
- Clearance items/sale barn items/sale/discounted items/promotional items are final sale. No exchanges or returns.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the item for another size please return the item(s) back to us. Texas Dressing only exchanges items that are not damaged and are eligible for exchange based off our policy.

(If items are shipped back to us for an exchange or for store credit but are not eligible according to our policy we will not accept the product and ship it back.)

Returns and refunds:

- Texas Dressing LLC currently does not offer refunds, only exchanges and store credit. 

- Texas Dressing LLC only issues refunds if your order has not yet shipped. Texas Dressing will only refund your subtotal, Texas Dressing will not refund any sales or state tax or shipping and handling charges. If your order has been shipped already we will not be able to issue you a refund, we can offer store credit or an exchange as long as the product meets our exchange guidelines. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us and shipping charges of the new item along with paying any difference.

Shipping Back
- To return your product back to us for an exchange send us an email at, texasdressing@yahoo.com
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/store credit, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

We will only pay for a shipping label if a mistake was made on our end. Shipping for exchanges due to sizing issues or dislike of an item will not be cover by us; you are responsible to pay for the return shipping. 
- Items must be shipped back to us after 3 days of us contacting you back for the exchange. 
- Do not mail back items without contacting us. We are not responsible if they get lost or stolen due to the item being randomly shipped.

If random items are shipped to us we will ship them back if we do receive them. If items are shipped back to us for an exchange or for store credit but are not eligible according to our policy we will not accept the product and ship it back. Keep in mind our ship back address is different. 

 

If you will be on vacation please add that to the notes section when you check out so we can wait to ship until you return. Our return / exchange policy goes into effect as soon as the item is delivered, regardless of if you were on vacation or unable to open it. 

DO NOT SEND ITEMS RANDOMLY TO THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.  Returns have a different address and we are not responsible for your random package sent to the address used to ship out. There will be no one there to receive your package and exchange/refund will not be processed. 

You may purchase your shipping return label through us for a cheaper price than the post office. We will email it to you and deduct the amount out of your total. 

We do not offer free refunds only store credit.

We are not responsible if you enter an incorrect address. If a package is stolen or lost contact your post office, Texas Dressing LLC is not responsible for your package once it’s out of our hands.
